How We Protect You

Active Monitoring,
Not Empty Promises

Our welfare programme is built on structured check-ins, direct escalation channels, and full accountability throughout every contract — from departure to return.

Arrival Check-In

Within 7–10 days of landing, your Infinity Stuffing coordinator contacts you directly to confirm your safety, that your contract is being honoured, and that you have everything you need.

Quarterly Reviews

Every three months we conduct a formal review of your salary, working hours, living conditions, and overall wellbeing — with immediate action taken if anything is not right.

24/7 Direct Line

Call or WhatsApp us any time. No automated systems, no queues — a real person from our Kampala welfare team is always reachable, day or night, for any situation.

Embassy Escalation

When your situation requires it, we escalate directly to the Ugandan Embassy in your host country on your behalf — at no cost to you and without delay.

Digital Status Reports

You can submit your welfare status at any time through our digital channel. Every report is reviewed by a coordinator within 48 hours and logged on file.

Family Communication

If we cannot reach you, we contact your emergency contact in Uganda and act immediately. Your family is never left without information about your safety.

Know Your Rights

What You Are
Always Entitled To

These are your legal rights under Ugandan law and GCC labour regulations — regardless of employer, country, contract type, or how long you have been deployed.

Right 01

Right to Your Phone

No employer may hold, restrict, or confiscate your personal phone. You may contact your family, the embassy, or Infinity Stuffing at any time, freely and without permission.

Right 02

Right to Your Passport

Your passport belongs to you alone. Any employer who confiscates it is breaking both Ugandan law and GCC labour regulations. Report it to us immediately.

Right 03

Right to Full Pay

You must receive your agreed salary, in full, on time, every month. No informal deductions. You control your own bank account and no one else may access it.

Right 04

Right to Adequate Rest

You are entitled to at least 9 hours of daily rest and one full day off per week. Excessive or forced on-call hours beyond your agreed duties are prohibited.

Right 05

Right to Safe Conditions

You must receive proper daily meals and a clean, private, safe place to sleep. Any unsafe or inhumane living conditions must be reported to us immediately.

Right 06

Right to Report Freely

You may report any concern — to Infinity Stuffing, the Uganda Embassy, or GCC labour authorities — at any time, without fear of punishment or retaliation.

What We Handle

Every Report
Gets Acted On.

No concern is too small. If something is wrong, it is our responsibility to address it — quickly, confidentially, and without putting you at any further risk.

Any physical harm, threats, intimidation, or assault by your employer or any member of their household.

Immediate response

Psychological Harassment

Verbal abuse, persistent humiliation, emotional manipulation, or deliberate isolation from communication.

Unpaid or Withheld Salary

Wages not paid on time, unlawful deductions from your pay, or salary withheld without any stated reason.

Phone or Passport Seized

Your personal phone or travel documents are being held or controlled by your employer against your will.

Contract Violation

The work you are being asked to do, your hours, or your conditions differ substantially from the contract you signed.
