What does the consultation cost?
Nothing. The initial consultation is completely free and carries no obligation. If you decide to proceed with a hiring mandate after the session, we will discuss a formal engagement structure at that point.
Can we hold the consultation remotely?
Absolutely. Most of our employer consultations are held via video call (Google Meet or Zoom) since many clients are based in GCC countries. In-person meetings are also available at our Kampala office.
How quickly can you deploy after the consultation?
On average, 3 to 6 weeks from contract signing to workers on the ground. For urgent placements with all documentation in order, we have achieved deployment in as little as 2 weeks. This will be discussed in the consultation.
What do we need to bring to the consultation?
Ideally: your company registration details, a list of roles and quantities, your contract terms (salary, accommodation, working hours), and a contact email for follow-up. We'll handle the rest from there.
Is Infinity Stuffing licensed to recruit for our country?
We hold a valid External Recruitment Licence from Uganda's Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development and operate under bilateral labour agreements with Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. We will confirm your country's specific requirements in the consultation.
Can we interview candidates before final selection?
Yes. Employer interviews — in-person, video call, or skills-based assessment — are a standard part of our process. We facilitate and coordinate these once a shortlist has been approved.
