Are the jobs verified and legitimate?
Yes. Every job listing on our platform is verified through signed employer contracts and Ministry of Labour approval. We only work with licensed GCC-based employers who have been vetted by our compliance team. We are fully registered and licensed by Uganda's Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development.
Who pays for visa and ticket costs?
In most placements, the employer covers the cost of visa processing and the return air ticket. Any fees required from candidates are disclosed transparently upfront — no hidden charges. We follow Ministry of Labour guidelines on permissible fees.
How long does the full recruitment process take?
On average, the process takes 3–6 weeks from registration to departure, depending on the role, document readiness, and visa processing timelines. Urgent hiring positions can move faster — sometimes within 2 weeks.
Do I need prior work experience to apply?
It depends on the role. Many domestic worker and cleaning positions accept candidates with no prior international experience. Healthcare, construction, and specialist roles typically require relevant experience or certification. Browse individual job listings for specific requirements.
Which countries do you recruit for?
We primarily recruit for GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. We also place candidates in Jordan and select positions in Asia and Europe depending on demand.
Can women apply for international positions?
Absolutely. We have a large number of verified positions specifically open to female candidates — including nurses, caregivers, housemaids, nannies, hotel staff, and more. All placements for women include welfare safeguards and employer background checks.
Can I track the status of my application?
