Is there a fee to join the partner programme?
No. Joining the Infinity Partner Programme is completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription, and no hidden charges. You register, refer, and earn — that's it.
How does Infinity track my referrals?
Every partner receives a unique referral ID. When you submit a referral — either through your personal link or by name via our partner form — it is logged against your ID immediately. You can request status updates at any time from your partner contact.
When exactly do I get paid?
Commission is triggered when your referred candidate is confirmed deployed to their employer. Payment is processed and sent within 30 calendar days of that date. You receive a payment confirmation with all details.
Can I refer employers, not just candidates?
Yes — and employer referrals often carry higher commissions ($300–$600 depending on placement volume). If you know a company, hotel, hospital, or contractor looking for international workers, introduce them to Infinity and earn on every hire they make.
What happens if my referred candidate doesn't get placed?
Commission is only paid on successful deployment. If a candidate is screened but not placed — due to failing assessment, employer requirements, or documentation issues — no commission is payable for that individual. There is no penalty to you.
Can I join from outside Uganda?
Yes. We welcome partners from anywhere in the world — including Ugandans already deployed abroad, diaspora networks, and international recruitment agents. Commissions for overseas partners are paid via international wire transfer.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit whatsoever. Refer as many candidates or employers as you like. Higher volumes unlock better commission tiers — Growth at 5+ placements/month, Elite at 15+ — so there is a direct financial incentive to refer more.
